How is availability calculated?
Each product has a fixed number of units. When someone books units for certain dates, those units are removed from the count for exactly those days. The calendar on every product shows how many are left on each day, so what you see is what you can book.
What is the security deposit?
A refundable amount per item, collected with your payment. After pickup we inspect the item and refund the deposit to your original payment method, minus any repair cost for damage beyond normal use.
Why do I need an account?
Rentals involve delivery to your address and a deposit, so we verify your mobile number by OTP. Your account keeps your bookings, payment receipts and delivery details in one place.
What does the rental period include?
Rental is charged per day, start and end date included. We deliver on or before your start date and collect on your end date.
Can I extend or cancel?
To extend, place a new booking for the extra dates (subject to availability) or call us. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the start date are refunded minus a 10% fee — see the rental terms.
Is delivery included?
A flat delivery and pickup charge of ₹499 applies per order, and it is free when your rent is above ₹15,000. Assembly is always included.
